Why Solmux ?

For relief of children’s cough with phlegm

Solmux® is the No. 1 medicine for infant and kid’s cough with phlegm. It has a lung cleaning action that melts phlegm to make it less thick and sticky, and easier to expel. It also prevents bacteria from spreading. When the lungs are cleaner, coughing stops and the child can breathe easier

For the relief of all types of cough including those associated with excessive and tenacious bronchial secretions as in acute and chronic bronchitis, asthma, bronchiectasis and emphysema. Also indicated for cough-induced sinusitis and otitis media.

Dosage

Paediatric Suspension:
- Children 8-12 years:7.5 mL (1½ tsp);
- 4-7 years: 5 mL (1 tsp);
- 1-3 years: 2.5 mL (½ tsp);
- <1 year: 0.5 mL (20 mg)/kg body weight/day in divided doses.
